Dr. H. Denise Wooten has over thirty years of specialized training and experience in the areas of pediatric psychiatry and developmental disorders. She is a recognized specialist among parents and colleagues in Denton County and beyond.
Dr. Wooten received her Doctor of Psychology Degree from Baylor University and served a post-doctoral fellowship in Child Clinical Psychology at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Wooten's expertise is with children, adolescents and young adults with the Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, OCD and learning challenges.
The initial interview in which you will discuss history and your concerns so that future appointments can be scheduled based on your needs. She provides complete evaluations and re-evaluations for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Difficulties and Career Assessments. As continuity of care with a therapist that can be one of the recommendations, Dr. Wooten may continue treatment if deemed appropriate.
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am -5 pm.
